This beautiful handspun and hand woven grief vessel is full of vibrant blues and purple and speaks to me of lavender fields on Summer days. Those days where the gentlest of breezes catches a scent or maybe a fleeting feeling which stirs the remembering of a treasured day, filling every part of your body with those delicious memories of what once was.
Held in this Grief Vessel is a heart opening invitation that feels like the comfort offered by a grandmother, who whispers to you from that place of deep and utter wisdom, ‘ what is gone is never lost, you just have to remember where to look’
She is held by a small stick, gifted by the Grandmother Elder , the Goddess tree, that holds the space between here and the other world. There was a quiet insistence this piece of her was weaved into this vessel… Is it you who she is calling too? She brings deep protection, the oldest and deepest of love and the gift of regeneration.
