Grief Walk with the Sea

Grief Walk with the Sea

Sunday 26th March - 7am – 11am

Join the magical and powerful Louise @weavingwonderment and Jane @wildmoonwellbeing for an early morning gathering at the edge of the sea with the protection and grounding of the earthy dunes holding us as we walk with grief.

The water stirs the emotions and gives the opportunity for cleansing any grief, sorrow, anxiety, rage. We will hold a morning of ceremony, craft rituals, energy healing and clearing, space holding and witnessing of all that is ready to be shed and washed away with the support and power of the vast waters of Earth.

We will meet and welcome you in Aberdyfi car park at 7am as the sun rises, before we take a short drive to the beach for our walk and morning together.

Bring layers appropriate for the weather to keep you warm and dry, any food or drink you would like to bring and yourselves. You may also like to bring a towel and swimsuit/shorts, though please note that anyone wanting to swim is responsible for their own safety in the water.

Investment is £45 for the morning and tickets can be booked here https://wildmoonwellbeingbooking.as.me/griefwalk

The sharing of grief with the sea can be a profound, life changing experience.

We look forward to seeing you there.
Much love,
Jane + Louise x
