n my own personal grief tending I have been exploring going deeper with own my creative process, leaning in to them to help me unfurl some of my most deepest griefs, whilst reaching out for trusted support, not just of my human kin, but also allies of Rose, Oak, Mountains, Sea, Elecampane, Hawthorne and Lemon Balm

Alongside my weavings and my own inner work it feels a good time to relaunch my monthly spaces for community Grief Tending.

Would you like to dip your toes into the ancient craft of Doll Making.

If so this event, gathered in my warm and cosy studio, in the energy of the Winter Solstice may be the perfect day for you.

We will be calling forth the grandmothers, the weavers, spinners and Doll Makers from our lineages and from the lands around us, to gather alongside us and join us in a beautiful curated day of connection with our inner Creatrix’s to craft our very own Spirit Dolls.

In all my adventures and deep explorations with Grief one thing has always been clear – you cannot have grief without Love and so its seems a beautiful invitation to transform our Shamanic Grief Circle into Gatherings of Grief and Love.

Our Gatherings of Grief and Love will meet on the last Monday of every Month. They will be small and intimate gatherings, cocooned in my studio, or amongst the gorgeous Plant Kin in my medicine garden or my Apothecary – all beautiful spaces for honouring Love and Grief. .

Here is where our Dreammakers held the threads of wonderous adventures filled with foretelling,  visons and messages,  that if we just paused long enough to listen, could bring us the deepest of knowing and the power to forge new futures, birth new Worlds and bring the most divine healing to our wounded Souls.  …………….

I am delighted to be holding a this one day workshop where you will create your very own Wild Wool Collar, full of your own magic, power and wildness.

We will gather at 10am in my Studio in Shrewsbury Shropshire and we embark on a day of creation, where we explore everything from the different types of wool to the techinques of both wet and needle felting. …..

Have you ever wanted to learn how to take your Peg Looming to the next level?

This one day advanced course is aimed at those who have some experience of Peg loom weaving, although that is not a pre-requsite.

I am delighted to be holding a Peg loom workshop in my beautiful workshop on Sunday 21st May 2023.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn the simple and traditional craft of peg loom weaving and create your very own raw wool sit mat to take home. The day will be relaxed and fun, with the added benefit of crafting and creating in the magic and stillness of this beautiful space. …..

Grief Walk with the Sea

I was once told the most important threshold we will step through in our lifetime is our own death and yet despite it being the one event that will happen to all of us, our deaths are a topic most people never talk about. Death, and in particular our own death is a subject we are told that we should not talk about for many reasons - because it is sad, or uncomfortable and so on.

But what really happens when we do not talk and explore death and dying is that we give away our autonomy to a 'Good Death'.
